Building description

K1 with its 76.47 meters is the highest building in Kraków. The property is a twenty one storey office building, consisting of a sixteen storey Tower surrounded by a four storey podium – Rotunda with two levels of basement. The building provides almost 13,000 square meters of leasable space. Blue Tower is highly recognizable in Kraków urban landscape not only due to its height but also unusual shape of the pitched roof of the tower and blue colour of the façade glazing – it’s commonly called The Blue-ish (Błękitek). The site can also be reached by bicycle, there is a designated bicycle path on Kotlarska Street, that connects south and north bicycle routes throughout the city. Additional benefits of the location include Galeria Kazimierz shopping mall as well as Vistula River embankment and the vicinity of numerous hotels.
