The Malta Office Park is an easily recognizable business center with a strong image that comprise six independent office buildings totalling around 30 000 m2. The project combines modern architecture, the usage of the best building materials and environmental friendliness. Malta Office Park was designed in a very flexible manner. Buildings of various areas on a storey ranging from around 600 to 1 300 m2 create ideal working places for large and small leaseholders. Premises are equipped with raised technical floors and suspended ceilings (which makes it possible to freely arrange the office space), as well as high quality air-conditioning system, electrical and teletechnical wiring systems, BMS, monitoring, access control system or telephone exchange.
The complex is located in the west-central part of Poznań at one of the main traffic arteries of the city – Arcybiskupa Antoniego Baraniaka Street, 2 kilometres away from the Old Market Square. The undeniable advantage of the location is its proximity to Malta Lake. The offices overviewing the lake create the unique atmosphere of work. In the vicinity of the complex functions one of the biggest Poznań commercial schemes – The Malta Gallery, as well as a 4-star hotel. In the near future, there are plans for construction of a sports-recreational center with thermal springs - Aquapark Malta.
