JLL Poland to be the exclusive agent for Signum Work Station

JLL, leader in real estate consultancy, will be the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of Signum Work Station, an office building in Warsaw owned by DRFG Investment Group. The facility, located in the heart of Mokotów, has undergone comprehensive modernization in recent years and was purchased in December 2024 by the Czech DRFG group with strategic support from TriGranit.

The Signum Work Station building is located on Domaniewska Street, in the heart the business district of Mokotów. The office building, consisting of seven overground floors and three underground levels, offers a total of over 2,400 sq m of modern leasable space and as many as 870 parking spaces. In addition to the highest quality office space, the building also offers functional retail, service and storage facilities. Signum Work Station stands out, notably, for its large capacity of 4,650 sq m per typical floor, which provides tenants with flexibility in terms of space arrangement. The building also boasts a BREEAM environmental certificate at the ‘Excellent’ level.

Signum Work Station was acquired by DRFG, the owner of TriGranit, in December 2024.
