LaSalle Investment Management Inc. ("LIM”) has completed the purchase of Panattoni Warsaw West VI in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Experts from JLL advised the buyer in this deal.

Panattoni Warsaw West VI is a warehouse project with nearly 44,000 sq m of space, which is currently fully leased. The Panattoni logistics centre is optimally suited to the warehouse requirements of clients from various industries, and its great advantage is the location in the vicinity of the "Grodzisk Mazowiecki" intersection, the A2 motorway and the planned ring road of Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This location allows for the distribution of goods in and outside of the capital's metropolitan area.
