Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services becomes tenant of Business Garden in Warsaw

Warsaw, 13 January 2015 – Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services (STTAS), the largest provider of customs and international trade services worldwide, signed a lease agreement in the Business Garden complex in Warsaw. The company will occupy 1,300 sq m of office space on the second and third floors of the complex’s building I. STTAS will relocate to its new office in March 2015. Experts from JLL represented the tenant during the negotiation of lease terms.

Izabela Ciszewska, Consultant, Tenant Representation, JLL, commented: “While searching for a new office for STTAS, we concentrated on modern, flexible schemes. Potential locations had to offer good transport links as well as the capacity to enable the company to have space which could allow for further development in the same location. The Business Garden complex met all of these requirements. The scheme's assets was recognized by other tenants represented by JLL, who occupy 23% of office space in the project”.

Business Garden comprises seven buildings offering 90,000 sq m of office, hotel, conference, retail and service space. This is the first pro-ecological scheme of its kind and scale in Warsaw. Its uniqueness is a combination of such factors as low urban density rate, buildings that are only a few storeys high, a unique internal garden and the application of high- class energy efficient systems. Its modern, elegant and user-friendly space is distinguished by illuminated interiors and natural finishing. The meticulously designed floors will enable optimal interior arrangement in accordance with the tenant’s needs. The complex has extensive services and amenities. On its premises, there are restaurants, a bank ,a kiosk, a laundry as well as a courier point. 

The complex is located at Żwirki and Wigury Street, one of the main city arteries, and is in the vicinity of Warsaw's southern ring road ,Warsaw airport, a Fast Urban Railway station (that links Okęcie airport with Dworzec Centralny railway), and several bus stops.
