Wrocław-based Infinity with flex offices

The Shire - Beyond Coworking has joined the tenants of the Infinity office building. The flexible and comfortable workspace in the building located at ul. Legnicka 16 in Wrocław will be the first location of this rapidly growing network of serviced offices in Wrocław. At the Infinity office building, tenants of The Shire will have over 2,000 sqm. of space, located on the 3rd floor of the building. The coworking space at Infinity is scheduled to open in Q1 2025.

The office spaces of The Shire – Beyond Coworking stand out from standard flex or serviced offices, presenting a premium segment offer. The company’s business model calls for boutique spaces that are subtly and modernly arranged, which will work well for mature businesses as well as those who value a prestigious and quality approach to the workplace. Customers of The Shire at Infinity will have at their disposal, among other things, an open integration and relaxation space with work areas, meeting rooms and conference rooms equipped with a video conferencing system, a chill-out room, as well as individual work rooms and common spaces with the possibility to use the reception desk, mail pick-up, cleaning service, phone booths or printing and scanning of documents.

The first coworking space of The Shire – Beyond Coworking network of serviced offices in Wrocław will be arranged in more than 2000 sqm. of space, located on the 3rd floor of the Infinity office building. It is scheduled to open in Q1 2025, and in the negotiation process Avestus Real Estate was represented by JLL.

Infinity is a seven-storey class A office building offering, among other things, 18,727 sqm. of office space, 1,561 sqm. of service and retail space and a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces (including electric vehicle charging stations). With cyclists in mind, 128 bicycle stands will be fitted in an enclosed area provided with changing rooms and showers. The investment, executed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with its business partner Alchemy Properties, has been BREEAM certified at the Excellent level and awarded WELL Health-Safety certificate, confirming a high standard of safety procedures.

The Infinity office building features state-of-the-art technologies, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilting windows and top-quality air filters ensure the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity has also arranged an impressive lobby with live plants inside. Spacious terraces with elements of street architecture and greenery have been created on the roof of the office building. Everything about the Infinity project, from the construction work to the technologies and solutions used, to the management of the building, is carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to guarantee the building’s low carbon footprint and minimise its environmental impact.

In addition to The Shire – Beyond Coworking, tenants of the building office spaces include: Avenga, Divante, Dom Development Wrocław, ingage Poland, FutureMeds (the company has leased space in both the retail and office sections at Infinity) and NATEK Poland.

What is more, the public areas and retail and service outlets at Infinity are available not only for the employees of the complex, but also for the Wrocław community. The following tenants have signed new leases: Medicover Stomatologia dental clinic, Gorąco Polecam Smaki z Piekarni bakery and cafe, Żabka grocery store, Toscanizzazione restaurant and FutureMeds. In addition, the second floor of the building houses the “UP” Fitness Club with a Mission and the Enel-Med medical centre.

The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, its general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, while JLL is in charge of its commercialisation.
