An office building LightOn will be constructed in Warsaw's Wola at 69 Prosta Street.
The office building will offer 23.6 thousand sqm of space on 14 floors. In addition to a two- level parking lot with a rotating system, there will be facilities for cyclists, chargers for electric cars, a green terrace, retail and gastronomic areas. The LightOn plans to achieve the highest ratings in WELL, BREEAM, SmartScore and WiredScore certifications, as well as meet the requirements of the Barrier-Free Facility program.
According to the schedule, the office building will be ready for occupancy in the IV quarter of 2028.
