Documents have been submitted for the construction of a new LightOn office building at 69 Prosta Street, which will replace the current building from the 1990s. The investment will be carried out in the vicinity of the Daszyńskiego roundabout.
The new 14-story building will offer approximately 23,600 square meters of office space. The main part will have 10 floors, and the additional four floors will be a distinctive architectural feature. The ground floor will house shops and restaurants, and the tenth floor will have a green terrace for employees. LightOn will have underground parking, bicycle parking, and electric car chargers.
LightOn will meet high environmental and technological standards confirmed by BREEAM, WELL, SmartScore, and WiredScore certifications. Completion is planned for early 2029.
