The LightOn office building at Prosta 69 in Warsaw has received the prestigious WiredScore Platinum certification with a score of 98/100 points. The high rating was awarded for its advanced telecommunications infrastructure, multi-channel fiber optic connections, server room security, and the possibility for tenants to install their own generators.
The complex will provide flood-proof technical rooms, high-quality mobile network coverage, and the latest generation of Wi-Fi in common areas. The certificate confirms that LightOn will have one of the most modern technological platforms in Poland.
The investment comprises 23,600 sq m of office space spread over 14 floors. The infrastructure will include an underground garage for over 200 cars, facilities for cyclists, electric car charging stations, a green terrace, and retail and dining areas.
