Among the most interesting office investments in Warsaw city center you can find CEDET, which is getting a new life since the revitalization has started. The former Smyk building has been going through the thorough renovation according to the project of architects from studio AMC – Andrzej Chołdzyński and RKW Rhode Kellermann Wowrowsky, which is designed to resemble the original esthetic of the historic building.
The building will provide about 7,000 sq m of retail space and approx. 14,000 sq m of office space for lease located on upper levels. The prestigious location and historic role of the object make the place a significant point on the capital city’s map.
CEDET has just obtained the BREEAM certification on Excellent level meeting the requirements of sustainable development. The investor estimates CEDET to be ready in Autumn 2017.
