CEDET is a new project of a modern retail and office complex, which combines tradition with modernity and functionality. The project includes the renovation and modernization of the Smyk Shopping Center, maintaining its current shape and restoring its original facade. At the back of former Smyk Shopping Center (at the corner of Krucza and Bracka Streets) will arise a modern glass office building. The lower floors of the complex with the entrances from Jerozolimskie Avenue and from Bracka Street will be designed for retail and service space, while the upper floors will house modern offices. The whole complex will offer approximately 14,000 sq m of rentable office space and approx. 7,000 sq m of retail space for lease.
