CEDET is a modern retail and office complex, which combines tradition with modernity and functionality. The investment involved the renovation and modernization of the Smyk Shopping Center, maintaining its current shape and restoring its original facade. At the back of the former Smyk Shopping Center (at the corner of Krucza and Bracka Streets) was added a modern glass office building. The lower floors of the complex with the entrances from Jerozolimskie Avenue and from Bracka Street were designed for retail and service space, while the upper floors are modern offices.
