At the end of August 2020, the construction works began on a new office building in Poznań. Andersia Silver will be 117,5 m high at its peak, which means that it will be the tallest building in Poznań so far. Additionally, the building is part of the sustainable development policy, offering ecological solutions characteristic for environmentally friendly buildings. This is confirmed by its nomination for LEED certification at the Gold level. The end of construction is scheduled for the second half of 2023.
