The completion of Andersia Silver, a skyscraper under construction in the centre of Poznań, is scheduled for mid-2025. Its total height of 116 metres will give it the title of the tallest building in Poznań, as well as in the entire Wielkopolska Voivodeship. The property will have 25 aboveground and 3 underground levels with 227 parking spaces.
A total area of 40,000 sqm will include both office and service units, designed in accordance with high standards and ESG solutions. In addition, the attention to sustainability is guaranteed by a Gold level LEED certificate.
