The Forest office building, which is being built at Radosława Roundband in Warsaw, already has 18 floors. There are 10 more ahead of the developer. Currently, the tower measures 70 meters, and it will reach its target height of 120 meters next spring.
The installation of ecological glazing has started on the facade. Windows with transparent, sun protection glass have a special triple silver coating. This innovative technology will decrease the energy consumption for heating in winter and air conditioning in summer, as well as reduce the electricity needed for artificial lighting.
The lower building, which belongs to the office complex, will be completed soon. It is almost entirely glazed, and fit-out works are practically finished. At the beginning of 2021, the building will be ready to move in.
