Construction works have been completed on the first building of the project Forest Campus, which offers 23,000 sqm of office and commercial units. The nearby tower has already reached its target height and has been covered with a façade made of energy-efficient glass. The whole investment will reach 78,000 sqm.
The Forest project is inspired by nature with benefits not only for future tenants but also for the residents of the surrounding area. More than 400 trees and shrubs will be planted in the public courtyard of the campus. As the developer assures, it will be an ideal place for large tenants and smaller companies. The building will offer the largest office space on one floor of about 8,000 sqm and a large co-working space with a less formal atmosphere. Restaurants and cafes will be located on the first floor to bring life to the area also after working hours.
Forest Campus is one of the greenest buildings with LEED, WELL and BREEAM certificates.
