A monumental project in the capital's center enters its final phase of construction with the facade over 80% complete. Work on the exterior is set to conclude in mid-September of this year, with full commissioning planned for 2027. The location on Jana Pawła II Avenue, where the city center meets a dynamically developing district, holds particular significance for the metropolis's business history since the 1990s.
Upper One comprises two interconnected towers – the taller reaching 131.5 meters and the lower extending to 55 meters. The complex offers 36,000 square meters of corporate space and a hotel with 362 rooms. The structure featuring 34 above-ground floors was erected at an express pace of one level per week, with symbolic topping-out ceremonies held in April of this year. The underground section spans five levels, providing 211 parking spaces.
Currently, finishing work in common areas is being finalized, roof insulation is being installed, and the elevator system is being put in place. The building stands out with advanced technological solutions – eight double-deck elevators serving two floors simultaneously, infrastructure for electric vehicles, and systems for lighting control, air ionization, and noise reduction. A typical floor offers approximately 1,300 square meters of space, and the facility holds prestigious LEED Platinum and WELL environmental certifications.
