The Upper One complex in Warsaw has completed its structural work and is moving on to the next phase of construction. The office tower has reached a height of 131.5 meters, while the hotel section stands at 55 meters.
The above-ground structure was built in less than a year: the 34-story office tower and the 17-story hotel grew by an average of one floor per week.
The complex will offer 36,000 sq m of office space and a hotel with 362 rooms. Work on the facade, utilities, and interior finishes is now underway. Advanced digital technologies were used in the construction process, including BIM methodology, 3D scanners, and 360-degree cameras.
The Upper One office building has received LEED Platinum pre-certification and is applying for WELL certification and the “Barrier-Free Facility” certification from the Integration Foundation.
The completion of the facility is scheduled for 2027.
