Marynarska Business Park maintained its BREEAM In-Use certificate on the level Very Good in the Asset Performance category, which was received for the first time in 2014 thanks to its proecological and user-friendly solutions.
The complex received 100 pct in the "waste management" category and 83.33 pct in "transportation". Its location, despite renovation works held nearby, has a good public transport connection with the rest of the city and enables a quick and comfortable access for cyclist traveling to work.
MBP consists of four modern constructions which offer about 43.000 sqm of space in total and is located in the business part of the Służewiec district. Jones Lang LaSalle is responsible for the commercialization of the complex.
