A Warsaw office complex in Służewiec, Diuna, has just completed another phase of modernization – a new conference center covering nearly 460 square meters has been created in one of the buildings. The space consists of five conference rooms and a common area, with a total capacity of around 160 participants. The rooms are equipped with modern technology for conferences and online meetings, as well as a kitchenette and a parent-child room. Special attention was paid to environmental considerations – a significant portion of the equipment, including furniture, lighting, audiovisual devices, and doors, was relocated from the previous location, minimizing waste.
The Diuna complex comprises four buildings offering a total of 46,000 square meters of office space. The property underwent comprehensive redevelopment completed in 2024, which covered both interiors and surroundings – a former concrete parking lot was transformed into a publicly accessible park with dozens of trees and shrubs. Currently, the complex houses offices of international companies from FMCG, automotive, and financial sectors, among others. Users have access to parking for 1,200 vehicles and service premises, including medical and dining facilities.
