The Bridge received SmartScore and WiredScore certificates as the first in Central and Eastern Europe. Receiving these certificates means that the building is considered highly technologically advanced, ensures digital connectivity and is prepared for future technologies.
The Bridge office building is an investment located at Plac Europejski in Warsaw. The building will be 170 metres high and will provide a total of 47,000 sqm of space. Currently, The Bridge is under construction.
In addition to SmartScore and WiredScore certificates, the building will apply for certificates: WELL, WELL Health Safety Rating, BREEAM, Green Building Standard and Building without Barriers.
