Yareal development company started the construction of a modern office complex Oxygen Park, which will be situated at Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw.
The office complex will consist of two 6-storey buildings with an usable area totalling 18 300 sqm. Oxygen Park has been designed by the well-known architectural studio JEMS Architekci.
The undeniable advantages of the projects are: functional spaces allowing for flexible arrangement of the offices combined with a low add-on factor, high standard and modern, employee friendly architecture.
The great advantage of the complex will be green inner court yard offering the tenants a friendly working environment. The building applies for BREEAM environmental certificate.
