BBK S.A., owner of the home&you brand, the largest Polish chain of interior design shops, will open a new office in the Alpha building, the first stage of the Airport City Gdańsk complex. The company signed a lease for more than 3,600 sqm of space in the development owned by Airport City Gdańsk. The transaction was facilitated by JLL Polska, the exclusive agent representing the office building.
BBK S.A. is the owner of the home&you and Essex brands, a leading importer and distributor of home decor products on the Polish market and abroad. It is a Polish company from Tricity, which for more than 30 years has helped customers on their journey to create the interior of their dreams. The well-developed network of home&you shops throughout Poland and the extensive online shop offer (home-you.com/en/), allow the company to provide customers with a wide range of interior products, diversified, among others, in terms of categories, prices and styles.
Currently, BBK S.A.'s head office is located in Kowale near Gdansk, while the company's second head office and distribution centre are located in Gdansk. As of May 2024, the BBK S.A. teams, currently working in two different locations, will be merged under one head office, which will be the modern Alpha office building within the Airport City Gdańsk complex.

Alpha was completed in February 2022. The development offers a total of 8,500 sq m of office space located on 5 floors, including units dedicated to service functions on the ground floor. The building is distinguished by a modern, fully glazed façade and a green roof terrace exclusively for tenants' use. The green leisure space around the complex will soon be joined by a leisure zone.

In addition, the investment has excellent access to public transport - it is the only office complex with direct access to the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway stop and bus terminal.
