Airport City Gdansk will be a state-of-the-art office complex located next to Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport. The first Building that will arise in the complex will offer modern office space on 5 storeys with services on the ground floor. Size of the typical floor plate is 1 470 sq m with exception of the I floor (1005 sq m) which is smaller due to the void over representative reception zone and arcade below 1st floor. The complex will provide numerous amenities and attractive external parts designated for Tenants' leisure and recreation.
The Airport City Gdansk project is located in a direct neighborhood of the Airport. Lech Wałęsa in Gdańsk. The investment is characterized by very good access to public transport - it is the only office complex with direct access to the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway station and the bus terminus. The location of the project also provides easy access to the Tricity bypass, which is the main artery of fast transportation within Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia, as well as the A1 motorway.
