AFI Office House in Warsaw has received the highest Platinum certifications for WiredScore and SmartScore, distinguishing itself in terms of digital connectivity and smart technology solutions.
The building was designed with an emphasis on digital reliability and technological development, which is crucial for companies requiring process continuity and data security.
The energy-efficient solutions implemented have reduced primary energy consumption by 32%. The facility uses renewable electricity, partly from its own photovoltaic panels. The architecture of the façade and the arrangement of the windows minimize overheating of the interior.
AFI Office House is the first completed building in the Towarowa22 complex.
