Office House has received the occupancy permit. The Warsaw office building, located at 22b Towarowa Street in Warsaw, will offer approximately 32,000 sqm of office space.
The Office House is part of the Towarowa22 project and is distinguished by a BREEAM Interim “Outstanding” certificate with an exceptional score of 97.9%. The building is designed with conservatories, green loggias and terraces to create an inspiring working environment close to nature. Another asset is the building's surroundings, where more than 60 trees have been planted, including tall, 9-meter-tall specimens.
In addition, the office building has earned WELL, WiredScore and SmartCore certifications, demonstrating a high standard of workspace and innovative technologies.
