The Office House office building in Warsaw has achieved a record BREEAM Outstanding rating of 97.9% - the highest in the capital's history. This building offers workspace for approximately 3,000 people and stands out for its groundbreaking environmental solutions.
Its main advantage is a system for reusing waste heat generated by the building's air conditioning system. This innovative solution enables the recovery and reuse of energy that would normally be lost, significantly increasing the energy efficiency of the entire facility. This system also reduces energy costs, lowers environmental impact, and increases independence from conventional energy sources.
Office House additionally uses renewable energy sources, including its own photovoltaic panels and an intelligent triple-glazed facade with a silver coating. The building offers numerous green spaces - two conservatories, loggias, and balconies with greenery on each floor. By 2026, an adjacent park will also be created, forming a comprehensive ecological business space.
