Office-service complex Hi Piotrkowska reached the next stage. The construction of foundation plate under the highest part of the investment - office tower - has just finished. Hotel building already has 2 floors, the third is under construction right now.
Hi Piotrkowska is growing in the very heart of Lodz, next to the main passenger hub. It consists of 3 buildings: office tower, hotel and lower office building. Building will offer over 21,000 sq meters of A+ office space and 4,000 sq meters of retail space. The investment can bring not only functional, but also tourist advantages for Lodz.
