A symbolic topping out was conducted on the hotel and smaller office building in Hi Piotrkowska Complex in Łódź.
The complex will consist of 3 buildings: 5 storey office building and a 20 storey tower connected with a 7 storey hotel. Both office buildings will offer over 21,000 sq meters of A+ office space and 5,000 sq meters of retail space. Walls on the 5th floor of the highest building are right now under construction.
The project is to be finished in 1st quarter of 2020.
