Plans for Ilmet office building, located at ONZ traffic circle in Warsaw since 1997, are coming true. In July this year, the developer started demolition works inside the building. The logo of a popular car brand has been dismantled, the lease agreement with the tenant of the underground parking lot has been terminated, as well as with the pharmacy located on the ground floor.
There will be a new building erected in its place, Warsaw One, which according to the projects from 2011 will reach 188 metres. It will be adjusted to modern requirements for top-class office buildings.
Developer is working on the schedule for next stages of construction. Works may last for several months, being quite a challenge for the construction team.
