An application has been submitted for the demolition of the Pekao Tower} building at Grzybowska Street in Warsaw. A new investment with a height of approximately 100 meters is planned for the site of the existing building. The property was acquired at the end of 2025.
{Pekao Tower, launched in the 1990s, was the bank's headquarters for a long time and was one of the most recognizable office buildings in this part of Wola. According to market data, the investor is considering the construction of a modern office or mixed-use project. The final form of the project has not yet been officially announced.
The possible demolition of Pekao Tower is part of a broader transformation process of Warsaw's business district. The demolition of the Ilmet and Intraco buildings is also planned for 2026, which will bring about significant changes in the architecture of the capital's center.
