The construction of the tallest office building in Katowice .KTW II is coming to the end. This year, in July the majority of construction works were concentrated on the last three floors where approximately 70% of electronic devices responsible mainly for lighting, smoke exhaust or cooling the entire building were installed.
Situation caused by the COVID 19 pandemic significantly extended the construction term. Currently, the cranes are gradually leaving the construction site after two years term. The commissioning of the second tower of the .KTW II office complex is planned at the beginning of 2022. The entire skyscraper complex will deliver 62,000 sq m on the market.
