The Warsaw office complex on Prosta and Żelazna Streets has changed its name from Mennica Legacy Tower to Mennica Towers. The new name is intended to better reflect the concept of two towers functioning as an integrated complex and to emphasize their role as a symbol of the modern Wola district.
Mennica Towers consists of two towers completed in 2019-2020: the 140-meter eastern tower and the 43-meter western tower. The complex provides over 65,000 sqm of high-quality office space with modern building management systems, energy-saving technologies, and a special double-layer façade. Electric car charging points, facilities for cyclists, and advanced security solutions are also available.
Thanks to the use of innovative construction and environmentally friendly solutions, the building has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level. A green urban square for employees and residents has been created around the building.
