The renovation of V Tower, an office building that preserves its unique turn-of-the-century architecture while adapting to modern standards, has been completed. The revitalization focused on preserving original materials rather than replacing them—the wooden cladding, stone flooring, and valuable architectural details were retained, offering an eco-friendly alternative to building from scratch.
The entrance area was transformed into an open and welcoming space featuring soft furnishings, live plants, and acoustic panels. Access control was moved directly to the elevators, eliminating traditional turnstiles and opening up the building’s main axis. The central reception desk allows guests to check in independently using QR codes, and a smart lighting system adjusts the intensity and color of the light according to the time of day.
A comprehensive technical modernization was also carried out—the ventilation, heating, and fire safety systems were replaced. All installation solutions in V Tower meet the requirements of international environmental certifications, combining distinctive architecture with the full functionality of the modern V Tower.
