The conscious decision to modernize V Tower instead of demolishing it enabled the preservation of the existing structure and a reduction of embodied carbon footprint by up to 85%, which means limiting CO₂ emissions by 23,000 tons and reducing operational emissions by 40%. All design solutions were selected with the aim of maximizing efficiency and ensuring optimal working conditions while minimizing negative impact on the natural environment. The installed modern air conditioning, ventilation, and building management systems contribute to significant energy savings of up to 3,600 MWh annually.
The modernization of V Tower is proceeding according to design assumptions, providing tenants with ready-made, measurable ESG solutions.
