V Tower, first known as Warta Tower, will be renovated into a modern office building of approximately 33,000 sqm, which will provide a comfortable, functional and environmentally friendly working environment. The existing structure, including the skeleton and facade, was used to significantly reduce the negative environmental impact of the V Tower modernization. As part of the technological renovation in the office building, all building installations will be replaced and an intelligent BMS management system will be implemented. There will also be new elevators, revolving doors, smart lighting in the lobby, water-saving faucets and a fault detection system. The space around the office building will be enriched with five courtyards and green gardens of about 2,000 sqm.
When the modernization work is completed, V Tower will meet the requirements of BREEAM certificates at the Excellent, WELL and “Barrier-free building” level. The building is scheduled to open to tenants in October 2025.
