Arkada Business Park is a project of office complex consisting of two 10-storey-high buildings finished in A-class standard. Phase I will deliver over 10,000 sq m of office space for lease. The space will be easily adaptable, covering all tenants’ needs. The investor will also create ca. 130 parking spaces.
Date of the works’ completion is planned for H1 2017.
The investment will be located in the eastern part of the city. The location at the crossroads of two major arteries – Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego Avenue and Fordońska Str. provides a convenient access to the building.
