O3 Business Campus I (first of the three in the complex of buildings) has been designed to meet A class requirements. It offers a total space of 19 200 m2. O3 Business Campus I may boast the original architecture and highest quality finishing materials. The facility has 12 stories including the ground floor and 2 of underground levels and 414 car parking spaces.

The same route allows reaching in 20 minutes the International Krakow – Balice Airport, located just 12 km away from the building. Balice Airport offers many international flight connections.
The attractiveness of the O3 Business Campus location is also connected with direct access to hotel services, conference centers, and commercial facilities. 5- and 4-star chain hotels with business conference centers are located at Opolska and Conrada streets, at a distance of not more than 3 km from the O3 Business Campus.
Bus stops of 15 lines are located in the close distance from the building. Owing to the public transport network, it is possible to access all districts of the city.
