LIXA is a modern office complex project, which will comprise four A class buildings. It will be completed in 2022 with total area standing at 65,000 sq m. First stage of the project will be commissioned as soon as in the 2nd quarter of 2020 and will provide approx. 26,000 sq m of rentable office space.
LIXA will consist mainly of low-rise buildings characterised by spacious storeys (up to 4,000 sq m). Spatial design solutions applied in it will allow for high efficiency and flexible arrangement of the office space to suit the tentants' business needs. Common terraces, green courtyard, as well as various service facilities, restaurants, shops and a kindergarten will unmistakenably add further value to the project. The complex has been granted the BREEAM certificate on the level "Excelllent" which is a testament of its balanced character, set to ensure top-notch working environment and a high level of employees' well-being.
The LIXA complex will be located at the intersection of Kasprzaka and Karolkowa streets in the Wola district, an expanding business area of Warsaw. The proximity of Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, Warszawa Ochota railway station as well as stops of numerous bus and tram lines will guarantee a convenient connection with the rest of the city.
