BPO and Shared Service Centres’ management speak out on real estate

We are pleased to present a second stage of a joint research project conducted by JLL and Skanska, under the patronage of ABSL.

The aim of the project was to present the views on workplace and office buildings from employees and management representing the business services industry in Poland. The outcome of employee survey was released in June 2015 while the attached report is based upon a management survey.

Both papers demonstrate that in a competitive labour market, corporates offering a well-located and comfortable office enabling a variety of activities, are likely to successfully compete for talent.
