2019 was nothing short of amazing for Warsaw. Even though the real estate market is not a very fast moving one by its nature, the capital seems to be redefining that rule. The market here has gone from strength to strength, with demand reaching spectacular levels, driving vacancy down and boosting the pre-leasing status of pipeline developments. This, in turn, resulted in increases in rents.
