Poland: New Office Locations

We are pleased to present JLL's second edition of the research paper analyzing new office locations in Poland. The report investigates into office markets in Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Kielce, Olsztyn, Opole, Radom, Rzeszów and Toruń.

Warsaw was the first city in Poland where modern office market emerged, followed by Kraków, Wrocław, the Tri-City, Katowice, Poznań and Łodź, and lately Szczecin and Lublin. The natural course of further office market development will therefore focus on smaller urban centres, which, due to qualified labour, attractive real estate costs and developing road and office space infrastructure, will gain in importance and will gradually attract new investments, especially from the business services sector.
