Another year of high demand is behind us. In 2024, regional markets saw a total of 714,000 m2 of modern office space leased, a result only 27,000 m2 lower on 2023 and the second best performance in the post-pandemic period. On the other hand, developers completed nearly 121,000 m2 of office space in Polish regional cities in 2024, the lowest figure in a decade. Does this mean that the market is facing a shortage of office space in the newest buildings for the most demanding tenants?
