Centre description

Moje miejsce is a project that will offer more than 30 000 sq m of office space. The complex will consist of three buildings. Two of them will be A-class office buildings and the third one will be for residental purposes. There will be almost 18,000 sq m available in building B1 (1st stage), consisting of five above-ground and two underground floors. There will be 438 parking spaces located in underground parking. The building will have a number of facilities such as a canteen, cafes, bicycle infrastructure, kindergarten or gym.

Moje miejsce will be located in the Mokotów district, within Beethovena Street, Idzikowskiego Street and Witosa Avenue. It is a place directly adjacent to the main thoroughfare linking the southern and eastern districts of Warsaw. Moreover, the area is very well connected to the city center, to which leads many bus lines. Travelling by car there is 15 minutes needed to get to City Centre. A similar time is required for access to the Warsaw Chopin Airport. In addition, about 20 minutes by bus takes up to two subway stations - Metro Pole Mokotowskie and Metro Służew, belonging to the M1 metro line, which connects the north and south of Warsaw.
