Centre description

SwitchUp offers two office spaces at AFI Office House. Each office is fully independent and dedicated exclusively to one company. Tenants therefore benefit from their own private office, rather than workstations or office areas shared with other organisations. Both spaces will be delivered as fully fitted and furnished offices, ready for use, and will include conference rooms, manager offices, phone booths and a reception area. The spaces also feature private balconies.

SwitchUp takes care of the entire process, from office design to a fully prepared workspace. The monthly price includes the office lease, individual design and fit-out, full furnishing, utilities and service charges, IT and communications infrastructure, access control and security systems, as well as customer support. This allows the company to focus on moving in and starting work rather than organising the fit-out and purchasing furniture.

The service package can also be expanded to include daily office cleaning, internet, A/V equipment for conference rooms, a coffee machine and kitchen supplies, as well as office management.
