The owner of the INTRACO office building at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw plans to demolish the current building. In its place, a new 107-meter-high (23-story) skyscraper will be built, which will be equipped with eco-friendly solutions such as a photovoltaic façade, energy recovery systems and infrastructure for cyclists.
The office building will apply for BREEAM, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore and Access4You certifications.
The building's demolition is scheduled to begin in March/April 2026. Subsequent phases and the exact construction plan for the new INTRACO will be announced once the design phase is completed.
