Studio A employs an innovative neutral telecommunications infrastructure (NHIB) solution.
The main advantage of this solution is that it eliminates the need to install separate transmission equipment for each operator inside the building. The radio equipment is located off-site, from where the signal is transmitted via fiber-optic cable to the facility. The infrastructure supports all operator frequencies, including 5G.
Thanks to NHIB, full cellular network coverage was available at Studio A from the very first day the building was operational. Tenants had connectivity even while they were still setting up their spaces, which is an exception in the office real estate market.
The centralized system delivers tangible benefits: it makes better use of space, reduces operating costs, and automatically adjusts energy consumption to the number of users. The solution also supports environmental certification by reducing the carbon footprint.
