The Studio complex was completed in December 2025 with the completion of the Studio A tower. The 20-story building, over 100 meters high, offers 27,000 square meters of office space, of which over 20,000 had been leased before the end of the year.
Studio A, which began in November 2023, completed the development of Prosta Street and created a publicly accessible passage between Prosta and Łucka Streets. The architecture refers to the first stage of the complex - the ground floor is decorated with metal elements in the shape of an “X”, and a mirror installation has been installed in the lobby. In front of the building, a representative courtyard with year-round greenery has been created, connecting the building with the Norblin Factory.
Studio A is equipped with advanced technological solutions, including a digital twin using artificial intelligence and access via Apple and Google wallets. The building has received LEED, WELL, WiredScore, SmartScore, and “Barrier-Free Facility” certifications.
