Construction is underway on a complex of two office buildings called Studio located at Prosta Street. They will offer 43,000 sqm in total. The first phase of the investment will provide 17,600 sqm of leasable space, 3 underground levels and 14 above-ground levels. Additionally, there will be 286 parking places, as well as 285 places for bicycles. What's more, Studio will slightly modify the district in which it is located. There will be publicly available urban space with all-year-round landscaping and vegetation in Wola. The new zone will also provide a connection between the Fabryka Norblina building and Łucka and Prosta Streets. The end of works are scheduled for the 3Q 2023.
