The Studio A skyscraper will be built in Warsaw's Wola district as part of the second phase of the investment. The office building will have 27 floors.
The planned start date of construction is at the end of this year, while the planned completion date of the investment is at the end of 2025.
It will be a premium investment that will provide approximately 27,000 sq m of modern office space for rent.
