Construction works are underway on the second stage of the Studio office complex at Łucka Street.
Studio A is a modern office investment that will provide 27,000 sq m of office space for rent.
The building will have 27 floors and will be certified in the LEED and WELL systems.
The planned construction completion date is the end of 2025/early 2026.
